Electoral college isn't doing anything wrong. What's wrong is the states who allow winner take all. Blue sections in red states are underrepresented, as are red sections in blue states. Chicago shouldn't be the only place that matters in all of Illinois. All states should be allowed to throw their vote in whoever their section chose to be their president.
