No, automatic appeals make it significantly more expensive than a life sentence.

Yes, but only for horrific crimes with undeniable evidence, because too many people are innocently convicted. Plus, I think that spending life in prison is a harsher sentence because the dead don't suffer unless their soul was sent to hell that is.

Yes, for those sentenced to life in prison as well as for those sentenced to death, but in both cases, only when further appeal is impossible or not desired.

@92WTP23 from Pennsylvania answered…9mos

@ThomasJJ99 from Georgia answered…12mos

Public executions for those who have done harm to any animal, rapists, unprovoked murders, and any type of money embezzlement.

@ThomasJj88 from Georgia answered…12mos

Sort of. I do not like how the government can execute someone but I do believe that public executions should be brought back. Anyone who has harmed an animal, unprovoked murder, or have raped someone should be publicly hung or shot in the head.

@Thomasjj68 from Georgia answered…12mos

Sort of. I do not like the idea that the government has the capability to execute someone but I do believe that we should bring back public executions for those who have been proven as being a rapist, anything against animals, gruesome attacks, and execute those who have manipulated another.

@8VC7WDN from North Carolina answered…12mos

Yes, also support bringing back public executions but only for most severe crimes.

@MSmashville from Maryland answered…12mos

No, killing someone for any reason other than self-defense is wrong. No matter what they may or may not have done. Especially since a lot of people that have been killed by the state have been confirmed as wrongfully convicted.

@8Y2NH4W from Minnesota answered…1yr

Yes, but they should get to choose from life time in jail or death penalty and there is enough evidence to prove that they did the crime.

@thomasjj0 from Georgia answered…1yr

Public executions for rapists, anything against animals, and unprovoked murders. Allow the victims family to carry out the execution instead of the state.

We need to build a city, preferably in Wyoming or anywhere unpopulated, doesn't really matter, that has all the criminals sent there. 20 Lane highways should be built to LA and NYC to transport criminals. Also a 20 runway airport to transport them.

@ThomasJ1331 from Georgia answered…1yr

Public executions for pedos, rapists, unprovoked murderers, anything against animals, and anything against the week minded.

@8XKPM7B from Oregon answered…1yr

I support death as a punishment, however i do not support the current death penalty in the U.S. there are too many innocent people in there most likely therefore the risk is too inconsistent

Allow public executions for rapists, unprovoked murders, and anything against animals. Chemically castrate those who have done anything sexual against others if the family of the victim does not want them executed.
